Refund & Returns Policy

At Glock Slides Shop, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every Glock slide we sell. Because firearm components require precision, compatibility, and responsible handling, we operate with a clear and structured returns policy designed to protect both our customers and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final — With Limited Exceptions

Due to the nature of Glock slides and firearm-related components, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped. However, we do make limited exceptions under specific conditions outlined below.

We do this to ensure product integrity, prevent misuse, and maintain compliance within the firearms industry.


Eligible Returns (When We Accept Them)

We will accept a return only if one of the following applies:

  • You received the wrong item due to our error

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The item was not as described in the product listing

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • The item is returned in original condition and packaging

  • All factory markings, finishes, and components are intact

If these conditions are not met, the return will be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used, installed, or test-fitted Glock slides

  • Slides with tool marks, wear, scratches, or finish damage

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or compatibility issues

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items (final sale)

Once a slide has been installed on a frame, it is no longer eligible for return under any circumstance.


Compatibility Is the Customer’s Responsibility

We provide clear product descriptions, generation details, and compatibility notes for every Glock slide we sell.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm:

  • Glock model

  • Generation

  • MOS vs non-MOS configuration

  • Frame compatibility

We do not accept returns for incompatibility due to incorrect selection.

If you are unsure before purchasing, we strongly recommend contacting us first—we’re happy to help you choose correctly.


Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior authorization.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at sale@glockslideshop.com

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item

  3. Explain the issue briefly and accurately

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back.


Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours

Refunds may be denied if the item shows signs of use, installation, or alteration.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order once the refund is completed.

This allows for accurate inventory control and faster processing.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product

  • Keep all original packaging materials

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate solution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and falls under the return policy above.

Due to fast processing times, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Order refusal

  • Account restriction

  • Documentation submitted to the payment processor

We maintain detailed order records, shipping confirmations, and product documentation.

We operate Glock Slides Shop with transparency, accountability, and respect for our customers. While we enforce strict policies due to the nature of firearm components, we also aim to resolve legitimate issues fairly and professionally.
